CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR 

Successful Candidate will:

  • Act as the external face of Rebel Pilgrim with potential and existing clients
  • Manage the relationship of RP clients
  • Acquire, receive, and initiate communication with potential and existing clients
  • Translate, interpret, and deliver communication of client’s needs to the Creative Lead and Production Lead of a given project
  • Ensure deadlines and goals are being met for each stage of the process for each project and communicate that progress to the client regularly
  • Supervise Account Managers for any client accounts not managed directly
  • Discover and acquire additional revenue streams from existing clientele
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Develop and oversee customer retention initiatives
  • Terminate or downgrade services, when needed
  • Present campaign ideas and estimates to clients when applicable
  • Brief the creative team who will produce the deliverables
  • Work with COO to prepare Statements of Work and timeframes for deliverables
  • Troubleshoot client issues and provide direction to RP staff as needed to resolve problems
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope and within budget
  • Coordinate internal resources (budget, assets, employees) and third parties (vendors, freelancers, etc.) for the execution of projects
  • Ultimately responsible for the client’s experience working with Rebel Pilgrim

Requirements:

  • 4 year degree, or equivalent experience
  • Proven working experience tracking projects from start to completion
  • Hands on knowledge of video, story, graphic design and other services that Rebel Pilgrim offers
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Mac OSX, and Keynote
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and administrative skills
  • Knowledge and experience in working with outside clients
  • 2+ years experience in account management
  • Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
  • Good business sense and the ability to work within budgets

PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR 

Successful Candidate will:

  • Create, update, and manage the production schedule for all client projects
  • Create, update, and manage Trello Boards
  • Ensure deadlines and goals are being met for each stage of the process for each client project and communicate that progress to team leaders
  • Create and distribute project playbooks
  • Work with COO to prepare Statements of Work and timeframes for deliverables
  • Notify Accounting when invoices need to be issued
  • Schedule both internal and external meetings and maintain company calendar
  • Taking notes during and ensuring there are action steps at the end of meetings
  • Coordinate in-house event planning and management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Create, update, and maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Book and manage travel arrangements
  • Ensure the office maintains a clean and orderly appearance
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Run company errands
  • Proactively contributing to the success of the company

Requirements:

  • Associates degree, or equivalent experience
  • High organizational skills and be flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Ability to be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac OS
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
  • Good research skills
  • Detail oriented and works with superb accuracy
  • Maintains staff confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software

 PRODUCER / EDITOR

Overview:

  • Oversee or assist with the planning, implementation, and tracking of media projects and specified deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic rough and/or complete edits of videos
  • Create and maintain a schedule to meet deadlines
  • Logging Footage
  • Participate in video production work, including setting up lights, audio, cameras and operating camera, teleprompter and audio equipment during shoots both in studio and in the field

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with & book: Crew, Equipment, Locations, Vendors
  • Determine resources required to complete the project
  • Maintain records of releases, invoices, permits, and other documentation as appropriate
  • Work with editor to maintain archive of video masters
  • Write scripts to support projects
  • Ideate with Creative Lead and other team members to develop story, style, and strategy for projects
  • Supervising edits
  • Photograph live events and some product shots to support projects
  • Lead volunteers and interns to contribute to projects
  • Create and develop content for internal and external multimedia projects

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and Photoshop

INTERNSHIPS AT REBEL

Video Production Intern

You will have the opportunity to practice basic editing & logging footage, assist as a PA on shoots, set up and maintain equipment, set up interview lighting and set decor, and shoot b-roll. You will also have the opportunity to learn from our creative team based on your interests—sitting in on client & project planning meetings, shadowing account executives or editors, and attending our storytelling workshop.

Marketing and Business Development Intern

You will have the opportunity to learn key steps to business development, content marketing and sales techniques, as well as approaches to new business research. You will be working closely with the company Marketing Director, CCO, COO, and Account Executives.

Additional opportunities include sitting in on client & project planning meetings and attending our storytelling workshop.

Sales and Account Management Intern

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a Sr. Account Executive, learning the ins and outs of client management and account growth.  This includes opportunities to develop pitch strategies and presentations for existing and prospective clients.  Opportunities also include event experience design, relationship development, as well as some light production assistance and set design.

 
All internships range from 12-24 hours per week depending on academic requirements.
